Are you/members of your team travelling to the U.S. on business purposes?Make sure you know the latest updates on the U.S. Business Visa Facilitation Process (BVFP) for AmCham Romania Members.

Employees of AmCham Romania member companies are eligible for the BVFP when travelling for company business purposes.

• BVFP applicants include professional, permanent, full-time employees of firms with AMCHAM patron, corporate, or business memberships.
• Casual, temporary, part-time or contract staff are ineligible. AmCham member firms may not submit visa applications for clients, business associates, customers, domestic servants, friends, or other relatives, who must apply in the normal manner by making an appointment online.
• Immediate family members of C-level executives are eligible for BFVP.

BVFP interviews can be scheduled on Wednesdays, up to 5 interviews/week, on a first-come, first-served basis.

BVFP firms are encouraged to plan ahead and seek visas in advance for employees who may have a future or indeterminate need to travel.
