On February 9th AmCham Romania representatives at the Romanian Ministry of European Investments and Projects public debate, having the theme: “How to better make use of the available business environment know-how resources? Debate on economic competitiveness and digitalization.”
This debate was organized in the larger context of the Ministry’s role as national coordinator of the drafting and subsequent negotiation process for the Romanian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and is but one of the many meetings the Ministry has scheduled for the coming two weeks on this essential topic for Romania's future development. The meeting was chaired by Cristian Ghinea, Minister of Investment and European Projects and was attended by representatives of the main business associations currently active in Romania.
During the meeting, AmCham Romania expressed its willingness to assist the Ministry in identifying and addressing the current issues that Romania is undergoing from the business environment’s perspective, and committed its full support through its numerous and highly specialized committees and task forces to start work on providing the business environment’s expertise in the format and deadline requested by the Ministry.
