In AmCham's Competitiveness Report available here, Human Resources/Labor Force were identified as one of the areas where Romania is in a competitive disadvantage compared to the EU average. The HR chapter in the report is attached to this invitation.
In order to identify the initiatives AmCham should have to address the labor force related challenges, you are kindly invited to a meeting on February 13, 2012, at 14:30 am, at AmCham premises.
