American Chamber of Commerce in Romania

We are pleased to announce the start in January of the business management courses within the “Top Class – educational and mentorship program for entrepreneurs in the Bucharest-Ilfov area” co-financed through the Social European Fund, AMPOSDRU.

Following a high demand for courses certified by CNFPA (Consiliul National pentru Formarea Profesionala a Adultilor) two study groups have been organized for the “Business Management” course.

Courses will be organized twice a month and the curricula includes strategic management, communication management, financial management, external financing management, human resources management, SME mamangement. In addition to the theoretical aspects, the studying sessions also include practical exercises and tests in view of the preparation of the students for the final evaluation for obtaining the CNFPA certificate.

Courses are delivered by authorized instructors within the CEED network – Center of Economic Education and Development, and beneficiaries are not charged for any of the project’s activities.

The Top Class project, co-financed by the EU through the Social European Fund – AMPOSDRU meets the need to improve the entrepreneurship and managerial competences of entrepreneurs, managers and employees in the region in view of starting independent activities or developing existing businesses. The project is implemented by the Center for Economic Education and Development (CEED) – authorized training supplier with a wide experience in delivering learning sessions, as main partner, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania), professional association representing the business interests of its more than 300 members – American, international and local businesses.
