AmCham members interested to access EU Funds through the Sectoral Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013 are invited to find out more about the program’s objectives and opportunities during a dedicated seminar on Friday, November 20, 2009.

The two-hours seminar will be hosted by AmCham Romania and presentations delivered by Ms. Irina Stan, a consultant working for more than 15 years with internationally-financed projects, with an extensive experience in elaborating applications for EU funds and in project management, as well as in assessing SOP HRD (POS DRU) applications.

The general objective of SOP HRD is the development of human capital and increasing competitiveness, by linking education and lifelong learning with the labour market and ensuring increased opportunities for future participation on a modern, flexible and inclusive labour market for 1,650,000 people. In order to reach these objectives the EU has allocated a total of Eur 3.476.144.996, for 2007-2013 for the SOP HRD launched in 2008.
