AmCham Romania members are invited to a roundtable discussion with ACIS (Structural Instruments Authority) representatives - Mr. Stefan Ciobau, ACIS Director General confirmed participation, as well as representatives of the Management Authorities (at directors level from AM POR, AM POS T, AM POS Mediu, AM POSDRU, AM POSCCE) and Payment Authority (at directors level). The roundtable discussion is a result of the attached Structural Funds Position Paper AmCham's Public Procurement and Structural Funds Committee put together and submitted to ACIS.

The roundtable is dedicated to tackling the issues highlighted by the business community in the attached position paper, as well as to bringing up additional aspects and solutions. A draft agenda is attached.

As you may notice in the agenda, most of the event is interactive. Participants are invited to address questions and suggest solutions to problems they are facing. Please note that the agriculture related funds will not be covered by this roundtable.
