AmCham invites its members to a roundtable discussion with the representatives of the Complaint Council (Consiliul National de Solutionare a Contestatiilor - CNSC) to take place Tuesday, December 9, 2008, between 9 am and 12 pm at CNSC Headquarters, 6, Stavropoleos St.
High level representatives of the Complaint Council will briefly introduce the audience into the organization and activity of CNSC, and will tackle technical aspects such as: procedural requirements (form and substance of complaints), mandatory elements of a complaint, mistakes to be avoided when wording out complaints, deadlines, etc). The representatives of the Complaint Council will also take and answer questions from the participants.
Discussions will be in Romanian.
