George Vascan is a Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner (2008), member of BOS Global Network, and contributed to multiple blue ocean initiatives in Silicon Valley (USA), Switzerland and Romania. He has 15 years experience in senior roles in MNCs and local firms in various industries (FMCG, telecom, media, and pharma) and holds an MBA from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.
Marcelo Mihai is a Blue Ocean Strategy Practitioner (2010), with hands-on experiences in senior roles in Retail, Gas and Pharma industries in Romania, Germany and Austria.
