The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania) and the Romanian Competition Council invite representatives of the business community to the workshop on Legal Aspects and Economics of Vertical Restraints, including two sessions, on Resale Price Maintenance and, respectively, Exclusive Arrangements. The workshop is organized in partnership by the Romanian Competition Council and AmCham Romania/Competition and State-Aid Committee ahead of the Conference of the Romanian Competition Council of 21 October 2011.
