In a turbulent economic and social context such as today’s, worldwide organizations are making great efforts for finding the best solutions to manage change.
Managing the organizational culture to align it to the strategic objectives has an impact on: satisfaction, motivation, employees’ retention, organization’s capacity to put into practice management’s decisions, organizations’ capacity to adapt to unpredictable situations, customers’ perception on company services.
To explore together this approach, the workshop on November 11, aims at:

The workshop will be led by Dan Berteanu, Partner – Achieve Global CEE, with an experience of over 10 years in strategy and management consultancy.
The workshop is dedicated to top and middle management representatives within AmCham member companies, involved in shaping or implementing the cultural organization in their companies.
