With this workshop, City Compass prepares newcomers to Romania for their professional tasks while doing business in Romania. We want to ensure that you get a first idea about Romanian business culture and that you are able to handle difficult situations with Romanian colleagues and partners. We will present some of the topics of the regular workshop as a teaser of this workshop especially to AmCham members.
The topics dealt with on Oct. 12 will be:
• Understanding the import of relationship-focused behaviour vs. deal-focused behaviour
• Da vs. Nu: The real meaning of 'yes' and 'no' in Romania
• Romanian Business Etiquette: How to avoid the most common mistakes
• Leadership: Learn what keeps Romanian employees engaged
Our coach Delia Burnham has a broad intercultural business experience.
