This seminar supports AmCham’s objective of providing our members with access to specialized expertise and best practice in different areas of interest, creating networking opportunities for the professionals working in our member companies.
People spend about 65% of their active life at work. In line with sustained corporate social responsibility (CSR), health management in the workplace becomes an essential component of organisational success. Creating a healthy, well-balanced work environment, that makes people feel at ease and providing them with solutions for their individual development needs is considered equally important as securing the essentials of occupational hygiene and personal well being.
The seminar will be developed by Corporate Counselling Services (CCS) and its guest speakers who will provide a challenging and lessons learnt environment where the international experience of CCS – currently active in 27 countries including Romania - combined with the the broad Romanian and international experience of its guests will make for an interesting 2 hours.
Participants will have the opportunity to share expertise and network around comprehensive services available in Romania to help them meet the challenges of an integrated approach that will provide practical means to achieve the desired returns on investments being made in the area of proactive health management in the workplace.
This seminar is open to AmCham members only and addresses HR managers and HR specialists to participate on July 1, 2010 between 4.00 - 6.00 pm in the AmCham Conference Room (Union International Center, 5th Floor, 11 Ion Campineanu St.).
Participation is free of charge, and must be confirmed in advance via email to amcham@amcham.ro by June 23, at the latest.
