AmCham Romania is pleased to invite its members to a Business Breakfast with Mr. László Borbély, Minister of Environment and Forests.
The Minister was invited to share with the AmCham Romania member the Ministry’s priorities and current initiatives. In addition, the AmCham Energy and Environment Committee submitted the following discussion topics to Minister Borbély:
- Green investment scheme
- Energy Package
- Directive 2009/29/EC – transposition and implementation to minimize the effects on industries exposed to „carbon leakage”
- Romania’s participation at the EU-level decision making process on scheme EU-ETS post 2012
- Revision of the IPPC Directive (Industrial Emission Directive) by the end of 2010
- Romania’s progress in implementing Directive 2006/12/EC (Waste Incineration Directive)
Participation fees:
- Members: 150 RON/participant
- Non- members: 300 RON/ participant
The amount is payable prior to the event in the AmCham Romania account opened with Citibank: RO92 CITI 0000 0008 2506 2009.
Participation must be confirmed in advance, therefore please sign up here or send an e-mail to: amcham@amcham.ro by July 5, 2010, 12:00 a.m.
Cancellations made by 12:00 a.m. on July 5, 2010 will receive full refund. Late cancellations or “no-shows” will not be refunded.
