People for People Gala, seventh edition

Nominations for the seventh edition of the Gala have begun!
The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and the Association for Community Relations are inviting you to nominate your community involvement projects as well as your partners’ projects.
Projects developed between September 2008 and December 2009 can be nominated in one of the following categories:
� Sponsorships
� Individual donations
� Fundraising campaigns
� Public volunteering campaigns
� Corporate volunteering campaigns
� Individual donors (time, money or other type of resources)
Through “project” we describe any type of resource mobilization activity (such as fundraising, involving volunteers or attracting other type of resources) from individuals and companies in Romania.

The deadline for applications is February 5th 2010. The nominating process consists in filling the online form.
The 2010 edition of the People for People Gala is possible due to the support of our national partner - BRD Groupe Société Generale, a company that managed to build durable involvement systems for employees and clients interested in social responsibility.
The volunteering category is supported in this year’s edition by Vodafone Romania, a pioneer in corporate volunteering in Romania.
Lafarge Romania, winner of past editions of the Gala is offering this year the “Best individual initiatives” category.
