Present in Romania from 1997, Lockheed Martin has accomplished the following systems/activities: the FPS 117 Tridimensional Radar System, the Air Sovereignty Operation Center (ASOC), the logistic support for C-130, the Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS), the National Integrated Meteorological System (SIMIN), and the Command and Control System for National Air Space (SCCAN). Among the programs unfolding nowadays, there are: the National Integrated Decision and Information System for Emergency Water Management (DESWAT) and Gap Filler II Radar.
