Aon Romania, the local subsidiary of the global leader in insurance brokerage, risk consultant, human resources and one of the largest insurance brokers on the market, invites companies to join the 4th edition of Best Employers Study, a research that brings public recognition of organizations that have managed to create extraordinary work environments for their employees.
Best Employers Study (BES) it is designed for companies with more than 50 employees and at least three years of operation in Romanian market.

The study is carried out annually and help decision-makers in companies to find out what is the level of employees’ engagement, their emotional link with the company, and if there are any differences between employees perception vs. managers perception, so they can make the most effective action plans.

“Measuring the level of engagement within companies is the most important aspect of the study. BES provides a realistic, multi-dimensional picture of the current situation of a company and identifies the areas on which employers must turn their attention to improve or sustain the level of engagement. We invite organizations to participate in our Best Employers Study 2016 to see where their own employees are putting them on their way to the status of the Best Employer", says Virginia Pauna, Project Leader Best Employers Romania.

The methodology used for the survey has been developed by Aon Hewitt, the human resources management consultancy and outsourcing division of Aon plc.
For 20 years Aon Hewitt is organizing engagement studies. The information obtained in all this time at global level demonstrated that the organizations whose employees have a high level of engagement are up to 40% more profitable, have a level of turnover with 25% lower and the percentage of internal filling in of opened position is higher to up to 40% than in companies whose employees have lower engagement level.
