2015 was a very strong year for Allen & Overy’s international ECM practice. Being involved in the largest IPOs on the market both on issuers’ side and on investment banks’ side secured Allen & Overy a well-deserved top position (by deal value) in the league tables.
Just as an example, Allen & Overy’s lawyers advised on Worldpay’s GBP2.48 billion IPO and the Dutch government’s EUR3.3 billion IPO of ABN Amro.
