The beginning of September signifies the end of summer holiday season and the beginning of a new business chapter, packed with lots of events and new opportunities. The Back to Business Networking Session offered the perfect occasion to sum up the impressions from the first half of the year and to start planning for the months to come.

This year high attendance confirmed that the local business community welcomes the opportunity of this type of events, where they can meet and discuss about their upcoming projects.

AmCham Romania President, Ms Daniela Nemoianu, pointed out that although we had a hot summer, full of important legislation which was under public consultation: Fiscal Code, Public Procurement Law, seven instructions & regulations regarding the Competition Law, our members worked hard in the last few months despite the pressure on their time.

Also, Mr. Gregory J. O'Connor, Counselor for Commercial Affairs and Mr. Michael P. Stewart, Counselor for Economic Affairs, both from the U.S Embassy in Romania, attended the event.
