P3 Appoints Jürgen Diehl as Managing Director of German Business

by P3 Logistic Parks September 7, 2015

Pan-European logistics real estate owner P3 has appointed Jürgen Diehl as managing director of its German business. Diehl will oversee P3’s growing presence in Germany, where it already operates eight logistics properties totalling 287 811 m2. With over 20 clients, P3’s German estate is almost fully occupied and the company is looking to grow its portfolio even further. Diehl will also be part of the team masterminding P3’s expansion across Western Europe.

Diehl joins P3, which is a pan-European specialist owner, developer and manager of logistics properties across Europe, from Prologis where he had been vice president of regional project management in Northern Europe responsible for development and project management since 2007. Prior to this he held leading roles in the property industry including working as a project manager for CorpusSireo and a construction manager at Hochtief Construction. Diehl also has an architecture degree and spent his early career years working in the sector.

Commenting on the appointment, P3 CEO Ian Worboys said:
“We are delighted that Jürgen has joined the team. With his background and experience, he will be a real asset to the business not only as the lead on establishing P3 as a key player in the German market but also to take our expansion plans in Western Europe to the next level. We already have properties in Italy and France and we have ambitious plans to grow the business in these countries as well as other parts of Western Europe.”

Based in P3’s Frankfurt office, Diehl will run P3’s highly experienced German team managing its existing properties, which are in easily accessible locations mainly in the south and south east of the country, as well as seeking new opportunities. Existing properties include P3 Wittlich (around 60 km from the Luxembourg border) and P3 Dreieich (20 km south of Frankfurt).
