With the number of litigation cases on an upward trend on the background of the general business climate of the past few years marked by a decline in investments, Reff & Associates, the legal arm of Deloitte in Romania, is strenghtening its litigation practice by hiring a new Associate Partner. Andreea Artenie, a highly experienced lawyer who focuses her expertise on tax and administrative litigation, will coordinate the litigation team at Reff & Associates.

Andreea is an experienced lawyer with over 13 years of practice in administrative and tax litigation and has coordinated a number of administrative disputes against the authorities, particuarly tax litigation against the tax authority. Her high success rate recommends Andreea as one of the most reputed specialists in tax litigation.
Prior to joining Reff & Associates, Andreea has brought an important contribution to the development of the litigation practice in the competition area while working for a prominent law firm associated to a Big4 where she has successfully coordinated various disputes with the Competition Council.
