KPMG, a leading advisory firm in Romania and Moldova, and part of the KPMG global network of member firms, and Ensight Management Consulting, a leading local management consulting services provider founded in Romania, today announced a partnership agreement aiming to combine the global resources bank and knowledge base of a multinational with the specific expertise of a firm with extensive experience on the Romanian market.
Through this collaboration the two firms aim to enhance the services offered to clients in the field. The arrangement does not involve any equity, and both firms will remain fully independent of each other. It is also consistent with KPMG in Romania’s growth strategy, focusing on organic and inorganic opportunities in selected high-demand market sectors.
