Aon Romania conducts Best Employers Study 2013 in Romania to help organizations achieve long-term sustainability, and focus their resources most effectively to drive business success.

In particular, the Best Employers Study provides a framework for what makes a Best Employer, what motivates employees, and how Best Employers sustain their business in a challenging and competitive environment.

In 2013, 10 countries from CEE region will take part in the Best Employers Study: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

By participating in Best Employers Study 2013, you will be able to:

• benchmark and measure the effectiveness of your organization’s people practices

Organizations are welcome to register their interest in the study until September 30, 2013 if they have operated in Romanian market for at least 2 years and have a minimum of 50 full-time employees at the time of surveying.
