Starting March 2013, UCMS Group Romania has a new Managing Director.
Alice Tîrșea joins the company’s team with over 10 years of experience in human resources and operational management.
Alice worked for 9 years in G4S Romania, successively as Human Resources Manager, General Manager of the Cash Division and then as COO, overseeing the operations of the three divisions of the company.

 For the last two years, Alice Tîrșea has been developing her own business in operations management consulting and training, yourCOO. In her new position, she will coordinate the local activity of UCMS Group Romania. "I am very happy that Alice Tîrșea has joined us as Managing Director of UCMS Group Romania.
