AmCham has around 300 members, consisting of major U.S., foreign and local enterprises doing business in , as well as small and medium-sized firms and business executives in the country, who support and abide by the policies of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Its current members fall into the following categories: Patron, Corporate, Business, Non-Profit and Individuals. Membership entitles participation in all AmCham events at member price and access to lobbying and advocacy services. Members also receive periodically AmCham's publications and are informed directly of upcoming events, both those regularly scheduled and special events.

Membership with AmCham Romania is not limited to U.S. companies. International and local businesses are welcome to join AmCham Romania!
