Transatlantic Shipping and Trading announces the retirement of Mr. Ion Nan, as President and Administrator of the company.
Mr. Nan was President of the Company since its founding in 1991.
The shareholders accepted his resignation with regret and expressed their appreciation and thanks for his many years leadership of the company, and their best wishes for happiness during his retirement.
The Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 23rd November elected Mr. Dan Ghican as the new President.
Mr. Ghican has been with the Company since 1993, first as Commercial Director, and then, since 1995, as Financial Director.
The shareholders of the Company express their confidence in the new leadership and their commitment and support for the company’s continued success.
