Starting from 2011, Scot & Company Consulting is a full member of RSM International, the world’s sixth largest network of audit and consulting companies.

Membership of RSM International means that Scot & Company Consulting S.R.L. has changed its name to RSM Scot S.R.L., while the company’s structure and personnel remain the same.

Scot was a corresponding company of RSM International in Romania in 2009 and 2010. On the one hand, for Scot, full membership of the prestigious network of consulting companies means recognition of the professional abilities of its consultants, and, on the other hand, it has demanded the complete adaptation of the professional procedures and methodologies developed by Scot to those employed within RSM International.

Scot & Company Consulting S.R.L. was founded in Romania in 1994 and quickly became one of the major players in the country’s professional audit and consulting services market.

The total income from professional services obtained by RSM International member firms in 2010 was 3.9 billion US dollars, of which incomes from Europe accounted for 849 million US dollars.
