Mihaela Marin, an experienced real estate and consulting lawyer, has joined TPA Horwath Romania as Attorney at Law, Of Counsel.
Mihaela has considerable experience on the Romanian real estate market, where she has acted as senior legal adviser in the acquisition, development and operation of various shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, land and residential projects. Mihaela also has extensive experience in the fields of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, permitting and regulatory, banking and finance, telecommunications and insurance.
Before that Mihaela alongside our TPA Horwath legal partner Cristina Gheorghita has been part of an international law firm, where she was involved in various cross-border transaction projects in fields such as real estate (commercial projects, agricultural and forestry), corporate, pharmaceutical and medical, hotels, advertising campaigns, cement, and the brewery and diary industry.
