Popovici Nițu & Asociații advised Oresa Ventures, a Swedish private equity investor focused on investments in Central & Eastern Europe, on the acquisition of RTC Proffice Experience (part of RTC Group), leader on the stationery distribution and one of the most active players on the Romanian market.
