Clifford Chance Badea is organising a roundtable themed: 'Using the Internet at the workplace' (Utilizarea Internetului la locul de munca). The event will take place on 22 November, 09.30 hours, at our premises at Excelsior Center, 28-30 Academiei Street, 12th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest.
We intend to discuss, among others, about the rights and duties of employees as well as the risks to which employers are exposed resulting from the employees' use of social networks, e-mail and Internet, about international case law and practical solutions.
