Manpower Employment Outlook Survey for Q4 2011

The survey has been running for nearly 50 years and is one of the most trusted surveys of employment activity in the world. Over 65,500 employers have been interviewed across 41 countries and territories to measure anticipated employment trends between October and December 2011.
The Manpower Employment Outlook Survey for Q4 2011 was conducted by interviewing a representative sample of 763 employers in Romania.
Employers in 36 of the 41 countries and territories ManpowerGroup surveys expect to add to their workforces in varying degrees over the final three months of the year, despite lingering uncertainty regarding the strength of the global economy. With 21% of employers expecting staffing levels to increase, 10% predicting a decrease and 68% forecasting no change, the Net Employment Outlook stands at +11%.
