TPA Horwath Romania have issued an in depth analysis of the Romanian wind energy sector in the context of the European dynamics and growth in renewable energy investments.
The report “Wind Energy in Romania - 2011” presents investors with key information meant to provide support from the early stages of prospecting and developing throughout completing and operating a wind farm project. This includes pertinent information on wind and location assessment, obtaining all legal permits, dealing with construction and environmental regulations, grid connection, operation, sale of electricity issues and profitability analysis. The report also incorporates all relevant information regarding financial, tax and legal framework and financing sources.
The report was published in cooperation with the law firm, Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA and the Romanian Wind Energy Association.
