Rãzvan Popa joined Kinstellar in 2009 as Counsel and heads the Corporate / M&A and Real Estate practices in our Bucharest office. He was instrumental in the development of Kinstellar’s office in Bucharest. A Romanian qualified lawyer, Rãzvan has substantial experience in advising leading international and local companies in relation to a wide spectrum of investment projects in Romania and is committed to further developing and enhancing the firm’s practice.
