The 2011 Awards of the People for People Gala

The People for People Gala awarded its 2011 winners during the 2011 edition on April 5. The Gala is the annual event awarding companies, non-profit organizations, volunteers and individual donors for community involvement through the allocation of all types of resources.
The 110 projects nominated for the 2011 edition of the Gala summed up over EUR 17 million and 1 895 770 volunteering hours. 2010 was a demanding year for companies and organizations alike, however commitment to the community remained their common interest, as well as their intent to make known their projects in order to set a good example for others to follow.
The People for People Gala is organized by the Association of Community Relations (www.arcromania.ro) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (www.amcham.ro).
