Sabin graduated Economics in ASE (Bucharest) in 1996. He has a PhD in Human Resources since 2007 and had a Master in Quality Management in 2005. He has an Expert Trainer Diploma and he is member of the Romanian HR Club.
He has gained great experience in the field of HR, spending 11 years in top management positions in telecommunications and services. Sabin's experience includes 3 years as the Human Resources Director of Teleperformance Romania and 2 years experience in PayPoint Romania as HR Manager, where he built-up and developed the HR departments from zero.
Sabin's main duties at CallPoint will be the co-ordination of the HR team and the implementation of the HR strategies and policies at country level.
Sabin is going to play a very important role in CallPoint, as the number of the employees is expected to increase threefold in Romania (500 people) in 2010.
