The Help Desk of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (the “AmCham HelpDesk”) is a service provided by the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (“AmCham”) and its Designated Members in view of providing preliminary, guidance answers, free of charge, to specific queries raised by the AmCham members in the fields of business law (excluding any criminal law related queries), accounting, tax and business management.
The AmCham HelpDesk is open to AmCham members only. Members wishing to post a query in relation to the fields mentioned above must fill in the form provided on the website, including the e-mail address where the answer to the respective query would be provided. Queries sent by other means than by filling the standard form on the AmCham HelpDesk website will not be considered.
If the query is duly sent and is found to be within the fields in which AmCham HelpDesk provides guidance, an answer to such query will be provided to the e-mail address mentioned when filling in the form on the AmCham HelpDesk website.
The answer would usually be provided within maximum 10 working days from the receipt of the respective query.
